The Hanover Pubic Library will be participating in the spooktacularly popular Trick or Treat Trail! It’s all happening on Monday, October 31st from 3-5 pm, when 10th Street from 7th to 13th Ave will be closed and businesses will be out treating all of the little ghosts and goblins.
